Unauthorised credit

I from bombay sent flowers to USA through Proflowers and apparently their tie up with easy saver rewards has somehow caused $14.95 to be charged in an unauthorised manner to my credit card that I used for the purchase of flowers. I called up the number I saw at this website from many other complainants and the representative apologized and said the charges would be reversed. I call upon all complainants (there seem to be many) to get together and get a collective complaint filed with Interpol so that the company be listed as an international fraudster so that others are not troubled similarly and the company realizes that such fraud will not be tolerated and I call upon ICICI bank to stop payment to this company alltogether as a policy failing which a complaint be filed with the RBI and world bank against ICICI too for failing to act against fraudsters. I wonder if the unlawfully gained money is eventually channelised into other unlawful or terror activities and so feel the Interpol should be involved.
