Unprofessional ways of working

Hi!

I would like to pass customer view about TELEBRAND's unprofessional ways of working.

No one even bothers to reply my mail, also customer care talks very rudely.

I thought to gift one telebrand product to my Mother on her birthday and one month has passed and product has not yet delivered.

When I speak to CC, they either disconnect the call or straight away ask to take refund.

How reliable is Telebrand than??? or have I have been cheated.

Surprise is that, telebrand doesn't have any management or contacts and is working like road side local shop.

Very dissatisfying services ever had in my life.
