Cant log in with user i/d&password

I received i-banking user id &pass word 29 days ago.i could not log in. imeediately i approched local branch AGO COMPLES, RANCHI, THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE RESET WITHIN 10 DAYS. i then registered my complain to i-banking customer site in the same day just 21 days ago . now whenever i try to log in a message comes "your ticket has been raised" my question is how many days it will be raised position?
