Ebay - Blackberry Phone
Defective Product supplied

I have purchased item ID 220370548777, which was delivered to me on 20-3. The Blackberry phone handset started malfunctioning from May onwards. The handset was sent to the seller The same was received back on 17-6-09 after repairs. However, the fault is not rectified and problem still existis.

Ebay says take it up with seller. Seller don't reply. Unfortunately, ebay doesnot publish their address or contact person in the website. There is only one way of communication that is email.

Is it fair to take money in advance by the online shopping companies and chiet people with substandard products?

I need replacement or refund. Can anyone give me the ebay india office address?
