Bluffing Costome

I bought HTC desire from ebay.in around first week of feb. At that time ebay has a valentine gift offer. According to the offer i was supposed to get a 500GB hard Drive within 45 days. Its been more than 150 days (more than 4 months) and i still havent received my gift. I called customer care of ebay couple of times and wrote many mails regarding the issue. But I did not get any satisfactory reply from their end. All i got is "we are working on the issue and can not say when we can resolve the issue". I started believing that the ebay.in have started bluffing their customers.

Another thing i want to point out is that the quality of the products bought from ebay is most of the time not upto the mark. The seller sometime packed the used stuffs in new packets and sell it as new product. And if you complain the seller ask you to send the product back at your expense to get the product replaced or for money refund. Beware while trading on ebay!
