Product blue saphire received not in accordance with the description

Sir/Mam, I purchase a 6.5 carat blue saphire from Sanjay Sethi of Delhi operating his business with the name of Rudraksha Power through www.ebay.co.in on Saturday, 30 May by my personal account no. 017101505678 amounting to Rs. eight thousand two hundred and fifty only(

rs. 8250/-). Sir first of the sender did not send me bill of that item but later on when i insisted for he despatched the same at my official address 18- Gupkar Road, Srinagar. The moment i got that gem i told the sender i.e Sanjay Sethi the owenr of RUDRAKSHA POWER that the item is not in accordance with description mention on the site but he did not adhere. Today i again called him that i don t want that gem and have requested him to send my money back as the said item is not for which shopped at ebay.co.in. I also tried to talk to ebay on this issue they don t have any customer care service as per my know becasue i got 2-3 calls from ebay regarding payment for some other shoped items for which i had not paid from no. 912266041200 but whenever i tried to call back them it was heard that the number does not exist.

NOw i want my money should be refunded and the people who are doing fraudulent thing should be brought to book.
