your EB department what they doing they don't know, they came for taking metering reading, they took 30/1, for my apartment total 12 houses, out of that only one house meter reading is updated, others houses meter readings are not updated. what is this?

Government is telling online bill payment system established like that telling, what is the use? your peoples are lazy, no body checking what is going on.

Even i am having facility to pay online, i went E-B and wait 2 hrs. in Q and fianlly E-B bill paid.

so Government is providing all facilityes your peoples are unable to maintain. that system.

really very foolishness for your department.

ok this month happened AT LEAST NEXT MONTH DON'T SEND THAT LAZY BATCH TO AREA

THIS MONTH SOME BODY COME if you can able to take any action on that fellows well and good . otherwise nest month Don't send that same persons for taking meter reading to my area.
