Low Voltage and frequent power drops

Staying in the puthagaram (Sri venkateshwara Nagar) area of kolathur nearby lakshmi puram, here our area have facing frequent power fluctuation and voltage drops in the night time very badly compared to earlier days, since we are facing the issue in months ago, the problem has reported to AE of the that area office but still the issue needs to be addressed.

We have been told that there is not enough power feed from main substation and number of residents got increased day by day and that was the reason for voltage drop, If any earlier steps to our problem would be greatly appreciated.
