BSNL BROADBAND COMPLAINT

Dear Sir,

I am User of Broad band service in Kumbazha, Pathanamthitta, Kerala. My Telephone no is 0468 2334104 in the name of Renju Aravind. I am using broad band service for an Internet Cafe since from last 10 months. Initial 2 months service was very satisfacotory, but after that i am regularly facing problem while using the internet. I have complained your local customer care service but they could not sole problem yet. Your service not getting at the time which customer came to my shop. So I'm facing huge loss. When customers came, broadband disconnected.

Due to your bad service we are not able to contact through online. we are making calls through my cell hence i am paing more because of your bad service.

Sii i am very much proud to be an BSNL user but i am not satisfied with service. Hence i request you to kindly solve my problem. I hope you do the needfull.
