Not suficieant speed

Dear Sir,
My bsnl nic Huawei EC325 is not giving the desired internet speed...
The internet speed always is between 3 kb/s to 20 kb/s...
But I was been told that the speed would range between 150 kb/s to 250 kb/s.. But as you can see that it is far slower from it. Please ensure that this problem should be resolved within some days...
