Dear Sir,

We would like to inform we have so many time visited to your branch office at Siddhacahal and informed them regarding our EDC machine problem and for that they have send letter to your EDC concern person also and later part even there was call from there end but nobody has taken any care for restoring the machine

But to my great surprise you are charging Rs 495 for Negligence service. We already have machine of ICICI Bank & Axis Bank where there is no problem.

You are requested to kindly refund our amount and if you cannot rectify your machine you can take back your machine
