No Bill from Last 4-5 Months

I never get the bill from last 4-5 months, and not able to see the due date, today when I visited the Elec. office in dilshad garden and check amount it was 2412/-, when I asked the same the did not replied on the same. I was just confirming the billing cycle of bill and why they have charged this much of amount. but the are not answering, If we are not getting the bill then how will we know the amount and bill due date to pay the bill. The electricity department should take action on it. So that every body should get the bill on time.
