Not refunding my fees

Dear Sir,

my name is kapil bhavsar from gujarat, student of MBA

SUB - i have taken admissoion in Sikkim Manipal University's study center at ahmedabad, now it a Distance Education University, so i have paid my fees 10450rs towards university and 10000 to center for coaching, but i didnt want to continue it so i have cancelled my admission and university has refund my 10450rs but now center owner is not giving me my another 10000rs as she taken for coaching fees please help me and guide me
