Not Distributing the Admission form and respond to the mail. The School Gave the information regarding distribution of admission form on the notice board of school which is not accsible to the common public. How a common public could get the information. When contacted the school they give the date and time of disbursement of Admission form on 17/11. The security gaurd informed that the time was 08:AM to 11Am on 15/11 which is over.

Does this mean that the child is debarred from his right to have education in that particular school or the school is debarring to give the education to the right candidate. Please Help.

At the same time it has been told to us that you complaint any where and the school is strong enough that your voice is not going to heard. Neither they have give us the complaint register to register the complaint. Does this mean that such institutions are above the laws or there is an nexus of Governemt officical and the education system.
