I have received you product through courier on14-11 I had emailed the information so many time for confirmation and registeration as directed by you in the booklet. But time computer gave the message every time as "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Secondly I log on to HTTP//elt.cengage.co.in/eEnglish to register for the course and online tests. Again I faced the problem because computer gave the message " Id code is expired". Now I am trap in this problem. Kindly guide me how come out from this problem.
