BIll payment

My name is Manish Banyal and my number is 9953125055. I had deposited a sum of 1000/- rupees advance payment for November on 13 th nov o7 through ICICI net banking and the details of my payment are BIL/000045663470/advance payment for/4477478119083 but until today I had not received any conformation from your side regarding the receipt of payment. I had called your customer care so many times but I didn’t get any satisfactory results. I also called ICICI customer care on 21 dec 07 to get the details regarding my payment they told me that due to some problem they had delayed my payment but and now on 20th dec 07 they have cleared my payment so I can check with Vodafone. I again called to your customer care on 23 th dec 07 still I didn’t get any results.

So you are requested to please sort out this problem.
