Sir/Madam

Our Airtel Numbers 9618990001and 9618990002 are using for official purpose for office use.

The Airtel team was Cut the Outgoinng and Incoming to above numbers on 21/03/09 frm morning Session. They will not sent the bill before intime. We receive the bill on 21.03.09 at 5:00 pm. And in bill Due date shows as IMMEDIATE. The bill numbers are (895096945, 895096926).

Why should this problems for customers. We need explenation for that why should cut the phone without intimation. We are facing so trouble from morning. Finally we facing so many troubles of this network.
