We purchased a eicher genset 222 es 22 hp engine no.516829727139 from the local dealer Hariyana Industries in january bill no.66.

Since the day we have purchased the set we are facing problems . initially there was a lot of vibration and jerking and every day some or the other part came out loose. we complaint but they took no action. a month back its oil tank started leaking. we again filed a complaint demanding it to be checked .after 10 days of constant phone calls a person came and said ok we will replace it as it is a manufacturing fault. but till today nothing has happened. they pay no heed to whatever we say.

the financial losses and mental harresment has gone beyond. please look into the matter and do th needful.
