Sub :- Regarding the problem in Engine of 40 1 Seated Eicher School Bus

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a Eicher make 40 1 seated school bus from your company through your invoice no. VS/00087 dated 22nd July. You are well aware that the engine of this school bus bearing Registration No. RJ18PA3026, Engine no. E483CDAF236047 & Chassis No. MC217KRT0AF203260 is not working properly due to manufacturing defect. Your service engineers have visited regarding this problem to our school. This bus has completed only 18864.00 kilometers & 10 months of its life. It’s very shameful situation that in a very short period, a bus of a reputed company facing such type of problems.

You are requested to look into the matter & replace the engine of this bus.
