Wires torn by rats

My machine is not working. since the first week of october onwards. I registered a complaint with phone no.18604255678 and the complaint no. is 3591262. Customer ID No. is 1857524.Yesterday I reminded them by e mail also. From the day of registering the complaintg your company staff/service personnel are befooling us by telling that the complaint would be redressed that day itself. Your service personnel even ask us the route to our home over phone.

We are struggling hard because of the non working of the machine. Why these peoiple are not keeping their words? Will you please help us to repair the machine and install a proitection from rats
