UGC approval of eiilm university & validation of their MBA degree in other states

I am a MBA student of International business school, kolkata under EIILM University, Sikkim.

I want to ask that EIILM University is UGC approved or not & if yes than, Can they issue UGC approved degree in other state like in West Bengal? they call our institute a knowledge hub, and their is no problem to give a degree to a knowledge hub in kolkata, is that correct. clarify this.

our dean assure us that they will provide us the full time MBA degree after 2years, but my asking is, will that degree valid or not? please reply me as soon as possible.
