Egarding the clearance of check

I had submit the check of 5308 RS in axis bank branch kothrud pune

on 10/03/08 but the amount is not yet deposited in my account my account no is 037010100724364.

i regularly check my account balance through net banking.

while my colleagues had submited the same check the amount is deposited in their account after 7 days.

I tried your customer care nos in the pune they continuousely show the engage tone. please kindly note my complaint.
