I had sent to my sister dress and chocolates on 19th November from VIMANAPURA P.O. Bangalroe to Durgapur- Bengal College of Engg. & tech. But the package was opened in between only chocolates received by the college administrative peoples not the dress. Its very shameful about the India speed post service. If this things happen like this nobody is going to use the postal service any more.
