Delay in delivery of gas cylinder

Sir,

My consumer No is 645281.I residing at Mira Road (Mumbai, Maharashtra)

I booked my refill cylilnder on 20/7/09 and was told I would get gas within 2 days.

the next day I call in company he says that your cylinder has been sent to your address you will get in the 22/07 (evening) but I did not get my refill it's on 23/07 (evening), company executive always tell me that cylinder has been sent...

On 23rd of july I went to my dealer to remind him that I had still not got my refill and was

told I would get it in the evening.

Today is 23rd July, 09 and I have still not got my refill.

I am Business person, so I have no time to all time remind company (company contact no. is 02228148874, 02228040401)

This seems to be a perennial problem with this dealer. I dont know how long it will

take to deliver my gas if i dont follow up.
