Elated to the credit card delivery

Hi,

This is related to my creadit card delivery with reference number 312211535, I am working in the night shift and I requested the courier person to deliver it by 06:15pm (as they have the working hours till 7:00pm) but they are not ready to deliver it and creating lots of fuss for delivering it. They are saying do what ever you want but our working hours is till only 7:00pm so we will not deliver it in the evening.
