ITEM NOT DELIVERED AFTER 15 DAYS

I placed an order via a so called reputed media group's shopping site on 9th October (to be shipped to Chennai) and this order was shipped by seller and received in Chennai Office of Elbee Courier on 13th October. Even after 15 days of receiving the consignment in their Chennai Office they have not delivered the consignment yet. Worse still, the customer service numbers are utterly helpless as I am always put on hold for minutes together with no luck. I have emailed them a reply came after days which simply mentioned regrets and action would be taken immediately. Now, that also has not happened. I have lost all hopes of receiving my shipment now and the money I paid is obviously sent out down the drain.
