Dear Sir
I Bhagwan Y Choudhari holding SBI credit card from last 2 yrs, and my card was going to expired in the month of july. So SBI dispatched my renewed credit card through Elbee courier in the month of may. Elbee courier person delivered the my Credit card to another person without verifying the identity of the customer. On 28 th may i came to know that credit card is handover to unauthorised person and he swapped my card, and exceeded my credit limit, emmidiately i have made a compliant in SBI credit card dept for misused of my credit card. But after a period of 45 days niethr bank nor courier company gave me proper response on the saem. pl help me to do needful
