ELBEE courier
Late in Delivery

Hi All,

I stay in pune, i got a message from ICICI on 12th October saying that we have sent you your Credit Card through ELBEE Courier and you will receive it in 7 working days, now it's 24th October and i haven't received the card, i am trying to call ELBEE in Pune, but since three days i might have called 400-500 times but no one is attending the call.

Great thing is they are updating that Consignee is not available in their site, mo way these people are making public and ICICI fools. I don't know how such a reputed bank like ICICI is encouraging these kinds of fools.

I called ICICI customer care and informed the same to them for 2-3 times, but still no response from ICICI or ELBEE.

Can anyone suggest some idea to teach a lesson to these kind of courier services, so that no other service will dare to play with the public.
