ELBEE Couriers
Customer Ignorance, Shipment not Delivered

This mail is to highlight the ignorance made by ELBEE couriers. The shipment number 296936872 came to Chennai ELBEE branch on Nov 12. I made a call to the local perunguddi (Chennai) branch on Nov 13 at landline number 04432453596 and 04432453604 to notify that i will be available at my residence on Nov 15th (Saturday), so please send me the shipment on saturday. Inspite of that they send it on the same day and created an exception like Door Closed/Locked.

Again on Nov 14th I made a call and told them to send the shipment on Saturday but they did the same thing and created a new exception. On the early of 15th around 10am, when I called again and asked to deliver, they told that it will be delivered on the same day and they will call me back. I waited till 3pm and made a call again but no body responded, and finally when someone picked the call he told that he will check and let me know. But I didn't get any call, when I checked on net I found that shipment is routed back.

I want a clear justification of this ignorance because this is not the first time ELBEE has done it. I have the proof of all the call logs i made with ELBEE. The snapshot for the shipment status as shown in ELBEE site is Attached here with this mail and shown here also:
