Non-delivery of consignment within stipulated time

I had sent some bank documents from Mumbai to Bangalore on the 24th April through Elbee Couriers. Since I'd asked for a pick-up of the consignment, they sent a person to my clinic on the 24th Aprl around 6.30pm. Prior to this, I had called their customer service number to check as to when would the consignment reach Bangalore. they promied a delivery by nextday afternoon i.e by 25th April afternoon.

As of today, i.e. 27th April evening 7.30pm e documents haven't yet reached the destination. Their ctomer service executives tell me over the phone that they need to look into the matter & that they would call me up regarding the statusin a short while which never happens.

I feel this is absolute lack of service on the part of Elbee couriers & I request you to tke action accordingly.
