Courier not delivered

1. I have been tracking my order on Elbee's site and as per their records the item has been shipped to Gurgaon on December 23rd. I am absolutely clueless as to why Elbee is not delivering the item to my residence.

2. Elbee's customer care service is unresponsive. Most of my calls go unanswered or see a response after a waiting period of more than 10 minutes.

3. On Saturday, December 27th, and Monday December 29th, I managed to get through to Elbee and was promised 8 different delivery time one 8 different calls to their customer care number. Needless to say, the delivery did not take place.
