Salary Issue @ Elbee

Hi,

I am working with ELBEE as a Employee under ELBEE programme Since December. I did not get past 3 month salary. Upon repeated follow-ups with Elbee, I have been asked to wait and wait, and it has been almost 4 months now.

I want to know what can be done for this? Should I go to local consumer court or file a case with Police or hire an advocate and file a case? Please advise.
