REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a electrolux kelvinator Refrigerator Model No.315L, Product No. 925024232, Serial No. 35101298 in May in from M/s Balaji Enterprises, Varanasi U.P.. The shop of your dealer has closed. I have been in contact with service centre. But frequent change of service centre and their numbers are constantly changing. So I have been unable to get my Refrigerator properly checked this Year. Now my refrigerator is out of order. And as per my knowledge goes compressor is not working. As Compressor is under additional warranty of 4 years. I am liable to get replacement from company, if it is defective. But since last 2 months I have been trying to contact your service centre with no avail.

So please register my complaint and get it rectified immediately.

And provid me the detail of your service center.
