Flase notice against meter slow

Dear Sir/Mam,

My house meter was changed on dec 27th by the Electricity department as per the norms of the electricity department has framed for it. After few months one of the invegilation team from the electricity department has checked the electric meter and found it slow by 68.04. But telling you truly we have not touched it or tampered it in anyway since we are regular payee of elcetricity department and never get into this problem. I also have one big point dear reader the time when he had come to take the reading of the meter there was a "POWER FALIURE" then how did he take the reading???

We are greatly in trouble please someone help us. We people are really suffering.
