Same mistakae done by the officer again

After I complited my age 18 I applied for the Voters list in Nanguneri Election office. They present me the Voters id with address mistake. Recently Government announced to apply for the address change. Again I applied for the necessary changes. But they did the same mistake again in the Voters list.
