MISMATCH OF VOTERS NAME AND PHOTO

Dear All

My name is Ms Lavaan Kumaraguru IDENTIY CARDTIK0237149date of birth 19/02/1983, working with HEWLEET PECARD (hp invent) I have submitted application only once for my voter ID card but I am sorry to inform, I have got the voter id card, (TIK0237149), issued year but this time my name was changed and also no photo is there in voters list Since LAST election, when i carried my first no card issued along- was into shock and got great surprise to see that my name was not in the list, inspite of thousand reminders to the members there, nothing helped me out and inreturn I came back without getting and perfoming my moral responsibility of being INDIAN. I was being snatched of my HUMAN RIGHTS.

Again, i was into another surprise, when i got another voter id card in 2009 without any request for the same, which means I AM A PROUD INDIAN WITH A TWO NAME IN THE VOTER ID CARDS BUT ALL USELESS (Great unity among VOTER id issuer and who so ever.).

Now in as elections are round the corner, Again this time when my family got all vote given reciepts number, again my name is not included. I am highly frustuated and dont want to miss again my HUMAN Right Pls provide me the confirmation of my complaint and time lag to get the correction done..

Also, request you to provide me my correct voter id receipt number and all other required detail.
