Voter ID card

Dear Team,

I have lost my voter ID card and now I want to have a new one. Please let me know the procedure for the same. I am an employee with a private company where my working hours are from 8 AM till 7AM in the evening. Please look if it is possible to do the same through messanger by sending required documents and the photo of mine for the new card. Please help.
