Mistake in printing name

Espected sir,

I Mohammed Abdul Lateef, a resident of Andhra Pradesh have a complaint that the election card i have recieved have my and my father's name wrongly printed.and also my mother's election id card have a wrong print in her name and husband's name.

the right names are as follows:

my and my father's name were printed as follows:

my name: M.Di. Abdul Lateef

father's name: Abdul Rafuk

Actual names:

my name: Mohammed Abdul Lateef

father's name: Mohammed Abdur Raoof

my mother's name and her husband's name in my mother's election card were printed as follows:

name: Saiyada Mazhera Rajiya

Husband's name: Abdul Rafa

Actual names:

name: Sayeda Mazher Razia

Husband's name: Mohammed Abdur Raoof.

the election card id number of mine is: XIZ0744714

the election card id number of my mother is: XIZ0744631
