VOTER CARD

Sir,

I my self and my wife has applied for the voter card. I have already enrolled but my father's name is not correct in voter card and changed the residence. My wife has filled form - 6 and my sef filled form 8 A and another form for changing the address. More than 8 months have been passed after duly verification by the BLO, I and my wife has yet to receive the voter card. My phone number is 9811858245 for further information, if needed.
