My election ID No -UBV0899880, Card No -104/0612.

Today, I went to vote, and I found somebody has casted his vote in the same card number. Indian government is spending crores of public money for democracy, and still there are duplicasis in cards. Really it is very shameful ELECTION COMMISSION.
