I have been staying in godavarikhani dist karimnagar AP since past 10 years. In 1995 i was given photo identity card byelcctoral regd officer myadaram assembly constituency. after running from pillar to post. In the card my name was missspelt jitendra singh instead of geetendra singh, Fathers name was misspelt BIYAN SINGH instead of Baijnath singhIN PLACE OF MY PHOTO SOME OTHER PHOTO WAS ATTACHED MY ID CARD NO ISSUED BU ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA IS AP/36/250/210500 AND MPIC NO IS 20/07/00/015/00684/01.

SINCE PAST 5 YEARS IMYSELF OR MY FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE NOT BEENGIVEN FRANCHISE TO VOTE IN THIE DEMOCRATIC INDIA.

I HAVE BEEN RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST.You are requested to take action in this regard.
