mY Voter id Card No. is UP/82/408/537553. Now, I have shifted from "Muzaffarnagar{ Uttar Pradesh} To Surat { Gujarat}". I given an online appication on dated -06-Apl Assembly:--Choryasi, Collector- Surat{Gujarat}. for shiftting my Voter id card on my new address. My Old Adress is given below:-
