Subject: Regarding the denial of EPIC card by the card issuing authority sitting at Community Centre, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi. (AC 62 Shahadara)

Respected Madam,

I Deepesh Kandpal, would like to request to your kind authority for issuing my EPIC card (vide Card no. ZSX0577890 as per internet) which is very essential for voting in lok Sabha election.

It is very unfortunate on part of Election Commission of India that the functionaries made for issuing EPIC card, are about to denial to issue the card. After repeated complaints to the DEO/DC no action is been taken against the concern officials. This implies the failure of the efforts of the Election Commission of India.

I hope you will help me in getting my EPIC card ZSX0577890 and oblige.
