Non receiving of Voter ID Card

My name is G.Ravi Kumar, S/o, G.V.R.Murty, the same was given to election commission for issuing voter ID. I have got the voter ID but my name was written as G.Ravi Kumar Rammurty which i had returned for rectification, The same name mistakes of my father and my mother. My fathers name appeared as G.V.Rammurty and my mothers name as G.Annapurna MahaLaxmi, appeared as G.Annapurna Rammurty the same were also returned for rectification of names around one year back to the election commission staff who had bring the Voter ID's. But till today we have not received the Rectified cards nor the names were rectified as in the voter list with poll officer at the time of Assembly and Lok Sabha elections appeared unchanged. Not only that we even not got the ID Cards till date.
