Voters Id

Dear Sirs,

I reside in the address given below;

We as a family of 5 prospective voters have applied for voters id in the prescribed format along with Form 6 and submitted the same to the concerned authorities.

Whereas, 2 voters id pertaining to my brother and my wife were delivered with lot of discrepancies in the date of birth, age etc.,

The delivered voters id has the correct address, whereas the address in the electoral list available with the state ECI website & Polling station are different.

Lastly 3 voters id pertaining to me, my mother and sister-in-law are yet to be delivered, though all the applications were given at a time.

Expecting immediate action in this regard from the ECI,
