Huge number error in details of voter ID card

It seems that Government it self does not intend to give the citizens with correct voter card to every individual. it can be observed through the card given by the election commission of India. It can be proof as a testimony by the voter ID card and voter list. Huge number of people are facing the trouble to proof themselves.

Specially the followings are the mistakes in Voter ID Card & Voter List:

Spelling mistake in name, Date of birth error, address error, other photo attachment. The question has arised, how can it be resolved by the Government and when and how? Is it necessary to file again new application again for the same. How the people again run behind the government office. Is the fault of the individual? If it government it should be again corrected by the authority it self.

It is observed that my self photo which has submitted twice time separately, but that has not been uploaded correctly instead of submitting frequently. It is seen in the voter list that some one's photo has been attched with my voter ID.
