Non receipt of correct identity card

Sirs,

before general elections, in the month of August i have first applied for the identity card. in reply i was issued the identity card where in there are two mistakes.

1. the photograph was not mine.

2. father's name has been mentioned as sandhya rohini which is my wife's name.

when i approached the municipality of malkajgiri where i belong to, i was asked to fill up the form showing the corrections.

till the last week of elections, i did not get the corrected identity card.

when i went to e-seva kendra at neredmet, only father's name was corrected as seshachalam bommakanti.

for the correction in photograph, i was told to apply afresh.

when i did the same thing, i did not get the identity card. fortunately, to my surprise the correct identity card with correct fotograph came at 77/1047 which i have noticed when i have voted at the polling station.

my doubt is that when the polling agents and the polling officials can get the correct identity details, why not i was issued the correct identity card delivered at my house address.
