Complaint regarding Anushakti Election Office

We went to Anushakti, Children's Home Election office for submitting the Form 8 and Form 6 which was generated from the internet. They did not accept the form stating that the internet does not work there and have to fill fresh offline application form from the office. It was a bad experience considering it is a government office and it does not have internet. Moreover they are asking colour printouts for the scanned photo. However this was not mentioned on the website also and also can be verified easily from the website by putting the application number. And the website has colour photo in the database. I felt that it was a simple case of giving a runaround to common people and getting rid of the responsibility that the government officials are entrusted with. I would appreciate if something could be done regarding the same as it is costly to get on the internet and take printouts and later you find out it was piece of garbage you are carrying to the office. I think the internet facility should be stopped.
