NO RECORD OF REJECTED FORMS FOR VOTER ID

Dear sir,

i have submitted form 6 for inclusion name in voter list twice once in June and JAN (for Ghitorni Mangu mohalla)

i have submitted all the relevant document, like telephone bill, PP Copy, ration card copy etc, form was checked during deposit by concern officer but there was no mistake in the form, once i checked on the net in additional list my name was not present in the list, i visited the chhatarpur office there Mr. Tyagi whose behaviour was rude and frustrating, very reluctantly he said they do not keep list of rejected form,

i want to ask few question to Chief election officer of Delhi 1. as per BLO and others there are 9 column in the form if one mistake form will be rejected why some one is not checking properly during deposit 2. why rejected Form list not given to BLO to display at particular School with valid reason, a grace period should be given to correct forms or incomplete documents,

we wasting our valuable time, money, efforts but its going in vain because attitude of persons handling election voter ids work are negative,

as per election office chhattarur 35, 000/ thity five thousand forms for VOTER ID has been rejected in this consitituences, just imagine the case all over india

which can effect our democracy, we will not able to send right people to the parliament.

at last my suggestion time has come to change the system advertise in news paper, TV, at the time deposit All forms should be checked properly, publise sample FORM in news paper, list of mandatory document to be attached.

hoping some solution will be done.
