No Tubewell Connection

On behalf of my father I Gulshan Kumar S/o Sh. Sewa Ram want to know How much time to take a new Tubewell Connection. We have already applied a tubwell connection But still we have no tubewell connection. We deposit approximately 5000/- (document expenses) when we applied a new connection.
